Mr. Henry Mo is the Group CEO and Executive Director of Hjen & Co, Singapore, having assumed the role in December 2022. He has served on the Board as a Non-Executive Director since 2018. He is also the CEO and Executive Director of Hjen Consulting (Singapore) and Hjen & Co (HK) Limited. (Hong Kong SAR)
With over a decade of experience across financial investments, wealth and asset management, estate planning, family office establishments, and trust-related services, Henry brings a wealth of expertise to Hjen Consulting. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Singapore Branch and has earned the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. Additionally, he is an Associate (ASA) member of CPA Australia.
As CEO, he leads the development and growth of Hjen Consulting, overseeing the implementation of wealth solutions across multiple jurisdictions and ensuring the company’s alignment with industry best practices.
Before joining Hjen & Co, Henry was employed in major financial institutions, including BNP Paribas and OCBC Bank, where he started his career in the French investment bank and then to retail banking giant, OCBC Bank. Having managed portfolios of high-net-worth individuals, his experience in retail banking, investment planning, and client relationship management laid a strong foundation for his later success in trust and estate planning.
Prior to his tenure at Hjen & Co, Henry spent nearly seven years at Padang Trust Singapore, managing trust and estate accounts for high-net-worth individuals, families and organizations with assets in excess of USD 1 billion.
Outside of his professional achievements, Henry is an avid golfer and food enthusiast.
